Benue-born Playwright Launches New Book

The public presentation of the book entitled ANKWASE written by Benue-born female playwright, Dorothy Doom Ganyam, and published by Berry Books, will hold today Thursday, December 10th, 2015, 10am prompt at the Government Girls College, School Hall, along Atiku Abubakar Way, Makurdi, Benue State.

Dorothy Doom Ganyam, a member of the Association of Nigerian Authors (ANA), Benue State Chapter, is considered as one of the best playwrights in Northern Nigeria whose play ANKWASE has been described by respected critic and writer Maik Ortserga in his review that, “…the salient role of drama as an avenue for societal impartation is dramatically expressed.”
